Swedish cuisine class...^_^..!!



                                                                                During our stay at sweden, one of the days was dedicated towards learning a few authentic Swedish dishes namely "yellow pea soup" and some sort of bake beans. Before we were actually taught how to prepare theses two dishes we attend a short lecture on the history of swedish cuisine. Which were infact quite interesting.This lecture was conducted by one of their senior chef, who was fun and had a good sense of humor aswell. And his food was truly delicious! Even our Prof.Mericio and Mr.Dange enjoyed these two dishes. And after he taught us how to prepare these two dishes he served us pancakes with a blueberry jam and home made ice-cream which was simply mouth watering..:)
